Our promise in one line
The current public site collects only the contact details you choose to provide for the Starter Pack or an enquiry. Do not submit pupil or safeguarding information. We do not sell your data.
1. Data we handle
- Starter Pack / enquiries: email address, optional first name, source and submission time.
- Delivery and follow-up: we use those details to provide the requested material, respond to your enquiry and send the follow-up you agreed to.
- No pupil data: the public demonstrator will use synthetic pupils. Do not send names, diagnoses, assessments, case notes or safeguarding information through this site.
2. How we protect it
- Current providers: the marketing site and lead record use Cloudflare services; a founder notification may be sent through Telegram. These providers may process data in locations outside the UAE under their service terms.
- Transport security: the site uses HTTPS. Access to stored leads is limited to authorised founders.
- No sale of data: we do not sell personal data.
- Future live pilot: the actual hosting, inference route, sub-processors, encryption/key controls and international-transfer basis will be disclosed and approved with the named school before any pupil data is accepted.
3. Diagnoses, case notes and clinical documents
Do not upload or send them through the current public site. Nooravi does not diagnose or provide medical advice. Any future school workflow involving such data requires written scope and the live-pilot legal/privacy/security gate.
4. Sharing
Contact details may be processed by Cloudflare and, for founder notifications, Telegram. We may disclose data when legally required. No school/pupil sharing workflow is currently offered; future sharing roles will be defined in the school agreement and DPA/DPIA.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the contact details we hold, and may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact [email protected]. Legal rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances.
6. Retention
We keep contact details only while needed for the requested material, follow-up and legitimate business records, then delete or minimise them. A precise retention schedule will be set after legal review; you can request earlier deletion.
